Popped into store for a part that turned out to be not in stock and asked if the item could be ordered in from the supplier. Didn't hear anything back for 2 weeks so phoned up then went back into store and, after waiting for 15 minutes to be served in store asked again if the item had been ordered in to be told they would check it out and get back to me. Needless to say the phone call never arrived! Won't be back and will be sourcing building materials for upcoming landscaping project from elsewhere.
